Welcome to Shepherd's Way Farm. Shepherd's Way Farm is the home of Glass Hill Gallery. Established in 1991 on fifteen acres of what was once a large hay field and is now woodland...with five acres cleared for herb and vegetable gardens, over 20 apple trees, rhubarb, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, wildflowers and pasture for the Romney sheep, goats, chickens, ducks and geese.
The chickens supply lots of farm fresh eggs to neighbors and customers at the gallery and the Romney sheep wool for felting, spinning and weaving. The geese, goats and ducks are friendly pets...along with several cats. In the gardens two beehives offer an ample supply of sweet pure honey...and many annual and perennial flowers, herbs and a variety of organic vegetables are grown, which vary from year to year.....beans, beets, lettuce, onions, spinach and swiss chard...to potatoes, tomatoes and many kinds of squash and sunflowers. The two sheep pictured above are named Faith and Hope... Lucille, Lucky and Lu are the geese.....more photos to come....
